Services
VideoMarketingBlast provides video production and email/outbound marketing campaign services, including email list verification, to business clients on an engagement basis.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring their marketing lists are obtained lawfully and that campaigns comply with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and California Business & Professions Code §17529.5. We reserve the right to decline or halt any campaign we believe violates these requirements.
Infrastructure use
Our email verification infrastructure is used only to check deliverability of addresses already supplied by a client. See our Deliverability & Abuse Policy for details on how this infrastructure identifies itself and how to report a concern.
